Mike & I wanted to congratulate you on the first class presentation of Villa Julima. You had thought of everything, there was not a single thing that you have missed. The villa was presented to the highest level of cleanliness, something which is paramount to me, along with the beautiful furnishings both inside and outside the villa. I am of the belief that when I go away on holiday I do not want anything less than I have within in my own home, and V/Julima certainly lived up to that.
Thank you all so much for providing us with the situation to have what was a fantastic family holiday, without the hassle. Joe and Lita certainly deserve a big thank you too from us all.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at Casa Julima and can safely say that it was the most comfortable and best equipped villa that we have had the pleasure to stay in.

The daily maid service was a great help, as were the essential kitchen / cleaning supplies which haven't been included with other villas. joe and Lita certainly did you proud. In addition, the sky tv / dvd / playstation equipment was a great bonus for the boys.

Thanks again for a great holiday, we are only regretful that we returned before the volcanic ash cloud took effect!

We hope to return next year and will be in touch as soon as Anne's leave year opens and we can confirm when we can escape to the sun again....... Casa Julima was superb - this was the second time we stayed in the villa and everything was perfect - the pool. patio and garden areas are excellent and the perfect place to realx in the beautiful Algarve sunshine and when it gets too hot there is lots to do indoors as well with internet access, TV with sky sports and lots of DVD's. The biggest compliment I can pay is that we are already making plans to return next year - hopefully more than once!! Many Thanks Maurice

Hi Erika, Just a quick hi. It's been raining in Ireland every day since we got back. Haven't got around to getting holiday photos. We had a great holiday though. Hello Erika, We had a really great time in Portugal. As this was out first time in the country we spent a lot of time exploring various towns recommended in the guide books. The Villa was great and felt very homely; it was very difficult trying to drag the kids away from the pool. Joe and his wife were extremely efficient and helpful so please pass on our deepest thanks. I would most certainly recommend your place to anyone considering a visit. A small issue to feed back on was that a prompt kept appearing on sky asking for the new card to be inserted. Dear Erika, Thanks for providing us with very lovely villa to stay during our week in Algarve. We loved the spacious rooms and location. The kids espeically liked the warm pool and playstation. Had an Amazing, Relaxing time away in the Villa

Hi you, Think I'm getting post holiday depression - always happens on day 2, even found myself on Jet 2 website by accident! We had such an amazing, relaxing time away in the villa. It was absolutely ideal for us, especially with Luca being so young. I think you'll have that villa booked solidly with people wanting to return again! I think Lita is expecting us back next year but had to explain that next year might possibly be Florida. She really did love the kids and vice versa. She's such a special person. You all made our holiday extra special this year. Thank you! Funny thing....on our last night me and Mum packed all our stuff but Ian wasn't having any of the packing business and said "leave my things, plenty of time in the morning" Anyway to cut long story short some of his clothes got left in the wardrobe! Apparently it is obviously my fault for this mishap (found it all secretly hilarious!) Could you ask Lita if they have been found and post them back to us and I'll pay into your bank account whatever it costs? I did email Joe and Lita but not sure if they check their emails. If I don't re-book for next May can I book for year after instead? We definately want to return and to see you (x4!) and Lita and Joe. We're going to Center Parcs weekend after next with the family. Will be a very full villa! Kids will wonder why there's other people in the swimming pool after week they've just had! Thanks once again Erika. The pool was a joy and lovely and warm, so even Freya enjoyed herself. We had some lovely BBQ's out on the Terrace and plenty of relaxation time. Thanks again and I am sure we will be back one day. Hi Erika Sorry for taking so long to get back to you I have been busy with my paper work again it never ends. We had a great time the villa was perfect and the pool was a lot better after the heating was on. Stewart was not keen to leave as was Karen, I thought that you were going to get permanent guests so I am positive that we will be back, probably not till next year as Bill has a lot of work on and the villa looks fully booked. I will write in the guest book and will ask Karen to put a note in also. This is the first holiday i have picked and booked and has been been a great success so many thanks for everthing. Hi Erika Sorry for the late reply (although I think John was in touch about the deposit). Just wanted to say a huge thank you for our stay - we had a great time, and everything at the villa was just perfect! I've just spoken to Roxy, who got back on Saturday, and they had a fab time too. The villa itself is amazing, has everything we needed and the pool was lovely and warm - Noah had a lot of fun swimming in it. Lita and Joe really looked after us, which was much appreciated. We've been telling friends and family alike, and we are possibly considering returning later on in the year with John's parents. Me and my friends always do a girls weekend away each year, and we're currently looking at Ibiza, but if that doesn't come about, I've suggested the villa. It would be perfect for us - there's 5 of us. Let me know what you think or if you know of any other villas that may be available/suitable. Thanks again for everything, and hope to speak to you soon. Hello Erika, Yes, we are all back home by now. The time in Portugal was much too short. We enjoyed our holidays very much, also due to the beautiful villa. Superb Villa in a Great Position

Hi Erika Thanks for the return of the deposit and the discount offer. I will be in touch re future visits. Casa Julima is a superb villa in a great position. The interior is very comfortable with lovely furnishings and the outside is a fantastic area with large swimming pool, lots of space to sit out and a nice garden area for young children. When we arrived fairly late in the evening, Joe was there to show us in and there was a very nice welcome basket which gave us everything we needed to keep us going. We found everything to be top class including the maid service. I will definitely be returning! Regards Christine

Hi Erika, We had a wonderful time thank you and will definitely want to book again. The villa was wonderful, everyone was extremely helpful and your notes were brilliant! Sorry about the blankets. My mother got confused and packed them thinking they were the ones they'd bought on the plane on the way over (first time we've ever had to pay for in-flight blankets!). Happy to return them if you want but I suspect the p&p will cost almost as much as the blankets so probably best to take the charge from the security deposit. Do let me know if that is a problem.
